WHEREAS, the property included in the proposed McCarrons Hill plat is assigned Ramsey <br /> County Parcel Identification Number 13-29-23-14-0014, and is legally described as: <br /> Lot 20, except the east 100 feet thereof, THORNTON'S SUBDIVISION OF THE NE 1/4 OF <br /> SECTION 13, TOWN 29, RANGE 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, according to the recorded plat <br /> thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota. (Abstract Property) <br /> That part of Lot 18, THORNTON'S SUBDIVISION OF THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWN 9, <br /> RANGE 23, lying West of the East 200 feet thereof <br /> Lot 19, THORNTON'S SUBDIVISION OF THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWN 29, RANGE <br /> 3. The East 100 feet of Lot 20, THORNTON'S SUBDIVISION OF THE N.E. 1/4 OF SECTION 13, <br /> TOWN 29, RANGE 23 (Torrens Property, Certificate of Title No. 303859). <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br /> proposed McCarrons Hill final plat, based on the public record and City Council deliberation, with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Payment in lieu of park dedication in the amount of$4,000 per lot or$16,000 prior to City <br /> release of the plat mylars for recording <br /> 2. Final approval of the project development plans by the City Engineer. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br /> Groff and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, <br /> and Roe; and none voted against. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
