Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:48 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon requested removal of Item 9b (Approve a Cigarette/Tobacco <br /> Products License) from the Consent Agenda for separate consideration; he would like the <br /> Council to table this item. Item 9d (Approve Contracts for Printing Services) was also <br /> requested to be removed from the Consent Agenda for separate consideration. <br /> An audience member requested removal of Item 9i (Approve Resolution Rescinding the <br /> Environmental Review Worksheet Process) from the Consent Agenda for separate con- <br /> sideration. <br /> Groff moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> a. Proclaim May Mental Health Awareness Month <br /> Mayor Roe read the proclamation ofMay as Mental Health Awareness Month. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, proclaiming May as Mental Health Awareness <br /> Month. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b. Proclaim May Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month <br /> Mayor Roe read the proclamation of May as Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage <br /> Month <br />
