Regular City Council Meeting Monday, April 22, 2019 Page 8 Mayor Roe stated to clarify, there is less volume coming toward McCarrons with the new plan than there is currently. Mr. Freihammer stated that was correct. Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- ward. Councilmember Etten stated one of the pieces is about pedestrian access on North McCarrons and it lists a number of things such as crosswalk, signage, pedestrian ramps, sidewalk, parking restrictions. He asked which items are just a laundry list versus what has actually been discussed and is being required of the property owner. Mr. Freihammer stated staff has not seen any particular plans or proposals but did put that in as a catch-all. If any of that was requested, it would be at the develop- er's cost. Laliberte moved, Groff seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11591 (Attachment A) entitled, "Resolution Approving the McCarrons Hill Final Plat (FP18-016)" subject to the following conditions: 1. Payment in lieu of park dedication in the amount of$4,000 per lot or $16,000 prior to City release of the plat mylars for recording. 2. Final approval of the project development plans by the City Engineer. Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten and Roe. Nays: None. d. Appoint Members to the Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission City Manager Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA and related attachments dated April 22, 2019. Etten moved, Groff seconded, to appoint Karen Hueitt and Shane Spencer to the Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission for terms ending March 31, 2021.
