Mr. Sandstrom indicated that could be added. Councilmember Willmus stated his only concern would be at what point would notes stop being added because this is really a form intended to go through and focus on what is being looked at and design elements. He wondered if this would become a fifteen-page form at some point versus a quick look at what needs to be done. Councilmember Etten stated one of the things the RCA calls out is that this will have consideration, will include environmental corridors and wildlife movement during project design, along with impact to existing trees and landscaping. He wondered where those items are called out on this form. Mr. Sandstrom stated staff added language about pollinators and landscaping on page two based on Commission comments under streetscape and landscape. Mr. Culver stated to Councilmember Etten's point even in the existing Corridor characteristics review staff can identify whether it is a wildlife corridor of what- ever it is within that checklist. Councilmember Etten agreed. Councilmember Groff appreciated all of the information on the form and found it helpful. As to the mentioning of ADA on several places, he wondered who the point person for ADA is. Mr. Sandstorm responded that the City Engineer Jesse Freihammer is identified as the ADA Coordinator in the City. Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- ward. Mayor Roe noted there is no motion needed for this item, it just becomes a de- partmental policy similar to others the City has. f. Consider Appointment to the Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement and Finance Commissions Mayor Roe briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA and related at- tachments dated May 6, 2019.
