Regular City Council Meeting
Monday, May 6, 2019
Page 5
Councilmember Laliberte asked if Mr. Acree was also the owner when the cita-
tion was put in place in 2016.
Mr. Acree stated he was.
Councilmember Laliberte asked if the citation was actually helpful to Mr. Acree
to have due process to take care of it.
Mr. Acree stated it was helpful, unfortunately he did acquire more stuff, but not in
the sense that it is bad just a lot of it.
Councilmember Etten thanked Mr. Acree for being at the meeting. Somewhere along
the line there were complaints, so Mr. Acree put up a privacy fence which was six
or seven feet tall and maybe a foot or two off the ground which was not well an-
chored either. Over a period of time, Mr. Acree has leaned things along the fence
and as a consequence, his three-and-a-half-foot fence is getting leaned on by his
two other fences. At the present time, there is maybe an inch or two between
them but sooner or later Mr. Acree's fence will knock over his fence. He indicat-
