Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, May 13, 2019 <br /> Page 16 <br /> Hess' suggestion is to put the license center and IT place on the end of this build- <br /> ing because there is plenty of room with two levels and no excavation is needed. <br /> He thought that would be perfect and there is plenty of room in the parking lot to <br /> make designated parking for the license center and would still free up the north <br /> area for anything else the City would want to do. He thought that was something <br /> the City should start on very soon. As far as public works, he thought the City <br /> should build a core thing soon that is just for repairing and cleaning and storing of <br /> repair parts at the shopping center which would give the City a few years to figure <br /> out what to do with the public works. <br /> Mayor Roe asked if there was any additional direction to staff at this time. <br /> The Council did not have any further comments. <br /> 8.
