Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:08 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Laliberte, Groff, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and City Attorney <br /> Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmember Laliberte requested tabling Item 7g (Declare Vacancy on the Human <br /> Rights, Inclusion, and Engagement Commission) for full Council Attendance. <br /> Laliberte moved, Groff seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> a. Heart Safe Community Recognition <br /> Assistant Fire Chief David Brosnahan reported the City made it to its goal of earning at <br /> least 800 "heartbeats" to qualify as a Heart Safe Community. In fact, this effort led to <br /> earning over 1,000 "heartbeats". <br /> Mr. Bill Marczewski of the Roseville Community Health Awareness Team, Ms. Kim <br /> Kelly, Roseville Schools with the Statewide Health Improvement Partnership Grant were <br /> at the meeting as well at Ms. Renee Hamdorf,Allina Health Safe Communities. <br /> Ms. Hamdorf thanked the Council for working with Heartsafe Communities. She made a <br /> presentation to the City Council, reporting a significant amount of work has gone into the <br /> program and will continue. <br /> Ms. Hamdorf presented the City's Heartsafe Designation to the City Council. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked everyone involved in the process, as well as those in the community <br /> who took the CPR classes that were offered. <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br />
