Approve Twin View First Addition Public Improvement Contract Groff moved, Laliberte seconded, approving the Twin View First Addition Public Improvement Contract. Approve Resolution Approving the Disposal of Fee Title and Acquisition of Easements Concerning the Dorso Building Company, LLP Property Groff moved, Laliberte seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11603 entitled, "A Resolution Approving the Disposal of Fee Title and Acquisition of Easements Concerning Certain Land by the City of Roseville." Councilmember Willmus asked if there is already a sidewalk along Mount Ridge Road. Mr. Trudgeon indicated the sidewalk is along the east side right now. Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, and Roe. Nays: None. k. Approve Contract for Newsletter Printing Services Groff moved, Laliberte seconded, Authorizing the City Manager and Mayor to enter into a contract for newsletter printing services with Nystrom Publishing Co., Inc. Mayor Roe thanked staff for the reduction in costs on the newsletter printing ser- vices and thought that was great and that the quality would continue. Council& City Manager Communications,Reports, and Announcements City Manager Trudgeon reviewed future meeting agenda items for June 3rd EDA and City Council meetings, June 17th City Council meeting and July 8th City Council meeting. 11. Councilmember-Initiated Items for Future Meetings Councilmember Laliberte requested to have a conversation regarding the Cederholm Community Building, mainly in light of the fact that the liquor bill is not going to get passed and the City's original goals and intent for that was to not be just for golfers but to be a gathering place for the whole community.
