Consider a Resolution Approving the Proposed Twin View First Addition <br /> Plat, Consolidating 12 Platted Lots into a Single Lot at 2814 Cleveland Ave- <br /> nue <br /> Senior Planner Bryan Lloyd briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA <br /> and related attachments dated May 20, 2019. <br /> Councilmember Groff asked if the tree preservation plan was all in order. <br /> Mr. Lloyd stated the trees on the property, assuming those are all removed and <br /> count for replacement calculation, would trigger seventy-seven replacement trees <br /> and there are one hundred and ten trees proposed in the landscape plan for the de- <br /> velopment. <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- <br /> ward. <br /> Groff moved, Laliberte seconded, adoption of Resolution No.11599 entitled, <br /> "Resolution Approving the Twin View First Addition Minor Plat (PF 19-005)." <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember Groff stated this moves the project forward and he thinks it will <br /> be good for the City. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte stated she appreciated the conditions that were brought <br /> forth by staff. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None <br /> d. Consider a Request to Perform an Abatement for Unresolved Violations at <br /> 182 and 186 S. McCarrons Blvd. W. <br /> Building Official Dave Englund briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the <br /> RCA and related attachments dated May 20, 2019. He noted the property owner <br /> at 182 S. McCarrons Blvd W has brought their property into compliance and is no <br /> longer being considered as part of this action. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte understood that the amount has been provided to the <br /> property owner at this point, and questioned whether that amount includes the <br />
