Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, May 20, 2019 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Councilmember Laliberte stated she understood that it is a reality that these types <br /> of things have to happen for the project to be completed in a timely manner. She <br /> appreciated the advance notification to the residents and businesses. <br /> Councilmember Groff stated he was looking forward to having this done. <br /> Mayor Roe asked when the notices go to the residents, does City Staff get a copy <br /> of each notice. <br /> Mr. Freihammer indicated the City sends the hearing notice letters, and regarding <br /> the ones the contractor sends staff will also request the letter given to the City. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b. Adopt a Resolution Approving a Final Plat to Subdivide a Residential Prop- <br /> erty into Two Lots for Development of Single-Family Detached Homes at <br /> 2600 Hamline Ave. <br /> Senior Planner Bryan Lloyd summarized the request as detailed in the RCA of <br /> this date; and noted a bench handout incorporated into the RCA providing an ex- <br /> tract of City Council meeting minutes of May 20, 2019. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte asked if the park dedication was addressed as a part of <br /> this application. <br /> Mr. Lloyd responded that since less than one acre that is being platted, park dedi- <br /> cation is not required. <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- <br /> ward. <br /> Groff moved, Laliberte seconded, adoption of Resolution No.11598 entitled, <br /> "Resolution Approving the Proposed Shade Tree Corner Plat(PF 18-022)." <br /> Council Discussion <br /> Councilmember Groff stated the feedback the Council received was that the resi- <br /> dents were fine with this project, so he was in support of it as well. <br /> Mayor Roe noted the condition remains that the right-of-way along Hamline will <br /> still be dedicated. <br /> Mr. Lloyd indicated that was correct. <br />
