Approve Consent Agenda <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Trudgeon briefly reviewed those items being <br /> considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Requests for Council <br /> Action(RCA) dated May 20, 2019 and related attachments. <br /> a. Approve Payments <br /> Groff moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of the following claims and payments <br /> as presented and detailed. <br /> ACH Payments $672,504.63 <br /> 92841-92992 1,341,586.82 <br /> TOTAL $2,014,091.45 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b. Consider Approval of 1 Gas Station License <br /> Groff moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of Gas Station License. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> c. Approve General Purchases or Sale of Surplus Items Exceeding$5,000 <br /> Groff moved, Laliberte seconded, approving the submitted purchases or contracts <br /> for services and where applicable, the sale/trade-in of surplus items. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> d. Approve Asset Management Agreement <br /> Groff moved, Laliberte seconded, authorizing City Manager and Mayor to enter <br /> into an agreement with Beehive Industries, LLC for Asset Management Services. <br /> Mayor Roe wanted to thank Staff for their extensive work on that between not just <br /> the Public Works Department, Parks and Recreation and anybody else who was <br /> involved. He thought it was great to see that cross departmental cooperation and <br /> looking at ways to work better. He knew this was something of great interest to <br /> the City Council. The City eagerly went into the first asset management program <br />
