Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> a. City Manager Trudgeon requested removal of Item 7C (Hold a Public Hearing and Con- <br /> sider a Resolution Approving A Variance to the Noise Ordinance to Temporarily Extend <br /> Construction Activity Hours at Roseville Center, 1121-1151 Larpenteur Avenue). The <br /> Contractor has withdrawn the request and is looking to shift to a different date. <br /> Councilmember Willmus requested removal of Item 9C (Adopt an Ordinance Rezoning <br /> Property from Low Density Residential-1 (LDR-1) to Low Density Residential-2 (LDR- <br /> 2), Adopt a Resolution Approving the Midland Legacy Estate Preliminary Plat, and <br /> Adopt A Resolution Approving The Midland Legacy Estate Final Plat For Development <br /> of 6 Twinhome Dwelling Units and an Outlot) from the Consent Agenda for separate <br /> consideration. <br /> Groff moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> a. Proclaim June 16-23 LGBTQQIA+Pride Week <br /> Mayor Roe read the LGBTQQIA+Pride Week Proclamation. <br /> Willmus moved, Laliberte seconded, proclaiming June 16-23 as LGBTQQIA+ Pride <br /> Week in Roseville. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br />
