Mr. Freihammer reviewed the proposed utility rates for 2018 in detail with the <br />Commission. He explained the finance department had included neighboring city <br />rates. He requested the Commission review this information and provide feedback <br />to staff prior to February. <br />Mr. Freihammer discussed several Ordinances proposed for review and approval in <br />2018. Mr. Culver provided further comment on the City's I&I program noting the <br />City would be creating a better policy to investigate illegally connected sump <br />pumps. <br />Chair Cihacek congratulated staff and the Commission for completing its work plan <br />for 2017. <br />Mr. Culver commented on the Capstone projects being completed by students for <br />the City of Roseville. <br />Chair Cihacek requested staff make the Capstone project information and <br />presentations available to the public. <br />Mr. Culver discussed the recruitment process that would be followed for new <br />Commission members. He noted this process would be starting very soon. <br />9.
