II Continuation,Meeting,Sept,27th,1949 91 The Great Lakes Pipe Line Co representß that it will carry out all work in an approved manner for the proþection of the roads and the safeguarding of the traffic thereon,and to comply with all other regulations of governmental agencies for the protection of the public. Great Lakes Pipe Line Company By Claude Allen and; WHEREAS,Attached to said letter is a map showing the location of said proposed new pipe line in the Village of Roseville and designating the public streets,roads and property which will be crossed by the installation of the new pipe lines therein referred to, which said map is a part of said request and haE been filed with the Village Clerk; NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that pe~nission i~ hereby given and granted to Great Lakes Pipe Line Co to lay,relay,remove,maintain,operate and repair its said additional pipe lines of the dimensionss in their written communication referred to along and according to the route of said lines as shown upon the map to and made a part of the communication,in which their request is presented;it being understood that this permission to the Great Lakes Pipe Line Co is upon condition that said Great Lakes Pipe Line Co will carry out all work in a approved manner for the protection of the roads,and the safeguarding of the traffic thereon,and to comply with all other regulations of governmental agencies for the protection of the public. In the matter of rezoning the properties outlined in the minutes of September 20th on which date the Public Hearing was held,Hammersten moved,seconded by Mueller that properties described in petitions from No.1 to 7 be rezoned as per request in each and every petition. Roll Call:Ayes-(4),Nays-(O). Mueller moved, seconded by Hammersten that the job of hauling gravel from Gottfried Pit be given to Ernest Markham on the following basis: Roll Call:Ayes-(4),Nays-(0). Per yard l5 cents for loading " 12 cents for hauling fir.t~ mile " 10 cents for each additional mile or fraction thereof. Thmse figures include the spreading with truck. Mueller moved, seconded by Hammersten that street grades in CIRCLE VIEW Plat as submitted by Milner Carley be approved.Roll Call:Ayes-(4),Nays-(O). Mr.Wolfgram submitted Connor Plat No.l. Membrez moved, seconded by Hammersten that plat be accepted.Roll Call:Ayes-(4),Nays-(0). A letter from Veterans of Foreign War Post #6889 Lewis A.Young Commender was received requesting permission to play bingo at the Depot Cafe on Tuesdays , Thursdays & Sundays for 6 months.
