Roll <br />Call:Ayes-(4),Nays-(0). <br />Mrs Schmitz and Mrs Labon appeared again to demand action about damaRges being <br />done b.Y dogs in the Village.After some discussion,Mayor Mueller promised to appoint <br />a committee to in~vestigate the matter. <br />Mr.Otto Ashbach presented a plat of his property located on the NW corner of <br />Hamline and Co.Rd C.It was suggested to wait until this plat was submitted by the <br />Plat Commission before action is taken. Mr Ashbach told the Council that he was <br />considering the construction of prefabricated homes and that he will submit some <br />plans for the Council consideration. <br />Hammersten moved, seconded by Mueller to advertise for bids for the Village <br />publications in 1950.Roll Call:Ayes-(4),Nays-(0). <br />A letter requesting the Village to take over for maintenance LAURIE ROAD in <br />the Golden Oaks Addition was read by the Clerk.
