Approve Agenda <br /> Groff moved, Etten seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Americans with Disabilities Anniversary Observance <br /> Mayor Roe read the Americans with Disabilities Anniversary Observance Proclamation. <br /> Laliberte moved, Groff seconded, proclaiming July 26, 2019 be Americans with Disabili- <br /> ties Anniversary Observance in Roseville with edits made. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b. Proclaim July 2019 as Parks and Recreation Month <br /> Mayor Roe read the Parks and Recreation Month Proclamation for July 2019. <br /> Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, proclaiming July 2019 as Parks and Recreation Month <br /> in Roseville. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> c.
