Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, June 17, 2019 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Mayor Roe confirmed the City along with a number of partners received an award for the <br /> Closest Unit Dispatch program. <br /> Chief O'Neill and Assistant Chief Brosnahan provided information on the award and how <br /> the Roseville Fire Department and City received the award. <br /> Recess <br /> Mayor Roe recessed the meeting at approximately 6:27 p.m., and reconvened at approximately <br /> 6:29 p.m. to set up a video presentation. <br /> Assistant Chief Brosnahan showed video presentation regarding the Fire Chief's Associa- <br /> tion Closest Unit Dispatching Program award. <br /> Mayor Roe thanked all who participated and the other departments in the County. He <br /> thought this seemed to be working very well and the idea that everyone agrees there <br /> should be expansion into the types of calls tells the story that it is working. He thanked <br /> everyone for the hard word and congratulated the Fire Department on the award. <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Finance Commission Interviews <br /> The Council interviewed candidates for the Finance Commission from approxi- <br /> mately 6:34 p.m. to 7:14 p.m. <br /> b. Public Hearing to Approve/Deny an On-Sale 3.2% Liquor License for HR <br /> LLC dba Hampton Inn Roseville located at 2050 Iona Lane West <br /> Finance Director Miller briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA and <br /> related attachments dated June 17, 2019. <br /> Mayor Roe reviewed public hearing protocol and opened and closed the public <br /> hearing at approximately 6:58 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public input on <br /> the above-referenced 3.2% Liquor License for HR LLC dba Hampton Inn Rose- <br /> ville; with no one appearing to speak for or against. <br /> Etten moved, Willmus seconded, approving HR LLC's request for an On-Sale <br /> 3.2% Liquor License located at 2050 Iona Lane West. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> c. Hold a Public Hearing and Consider a Resolution Regarding a Variance to <br /> the Noise Ordinance to Temporarily Extend Construction Activity Hours at <br /> Roseville Center, 1121-1151 Larpenteur Avenue <br />
