Call to Order <br />6 Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />7 <br />8 Members Present: Chair Brian Cihacek; Members James Bull, Edwin Hodder, and <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 Members Absent: Member Brad VanderVegt <br />12 <br />13 Others Present: City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and City Attorney Mark Gaughan <br />14 <br />15 II. Election of Officers <br />16 Member Cihacek requested nominations for the two officer positions of Chair and Vice <br />17 Chair. <br />18 <br />19 Chair <br />20 Member Cihacek volunteered to serve as Chair, and this was seconded by Member <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 Ayes: 4 <br />24 Nays: 0 <br />25 Motion carried. <br />26 <br />27 Vice Chair <br />28 Member Bull nominated Brien to serve as Vice Chair, and this was seconded <br />29 by Chair Cihacek. <br />30 <br />31 Ayes: 4 <br />32 Nays: 0 <br />33 Motion carried. <br />34 <br />35 III. Public Comment <br />36 None. <br />37 <br />38 IV. Approve Minutes of October 3, 2016 <br />39 inquired if there was a process that would allow the draft minutes to be <br />40 available to them for approval sooner than at the next meeting. They only meet once a <br />41 year and it is hard to remember what took place at the meeting. <br />42 <br /> <br />
