Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 7:13 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Etten, Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Willmus moved, Groff seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> 6. Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br /> 7. Business Items <br /> a. Consider Setting Public Hearing to Provide Preliminary Approval to the Is- <br /> suance of Tax-exempt Bonds on Behalf of Roseville Leased Housing Associ- <br /> ates I, LLP and Roseville Leased Housing Associates II, LLP <br /> Finance Director Chris Miller briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA <br /> and related attachments dated July 15, 2019. <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- <br /> ward. <br /> Willmus moved, Etten seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11620 entitled, <br /> "Resolution Calling For A Public Hearing On A Proposal For A Housing Finance <br /> Program And Giving Preliminary Approval To The Issuance Of Housing Facility <br /> Revenue Bonds To Finance A Multifamily Housing Project Pursuant To Minne- <br /> sota Law, And Authorizing The Publication Of A Notice Of The Hearing (Twin <br /> Lakes Family Apartments Project)." <br /> Council Discussion <br />
