Willmus moved, Laliberte seconded, adoption of Resolution No. 11621 entitled, "Resolution Calling For A Public Hearing On A Proposal For A Housing Finance Program And Giving Preliminary Approval To The Issuance Of Housing Facility Revenue Bonds To Finance A Multifamily Housing Project Pursuant To Minne- sota Law, And Authorizing The Publication Of A Notice Of The Hearing (Twin Lakes Senior Apartments Project)." Roll Call Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Groff and Roe. Nays: None. b. Consider Approval of the Roseville Area High School Police Liaison Officer Agreement for the 2019-2020 School Year Chief Rick Mathwig summarized the request as detailed in the RCA of this date; and noted a bench handout incorporated into the RCA providing an extract of City Council meeting minutes of July 15, 2019. Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- ward. Laliberte moved, Groff seconded, approval to accept the 2019-2020 Roseville Ar- ea School Police Liaison Officer Agreement as set forth by School District 623 and authorizing the signing of the Agreement by the Mayor and City Manager. Consider a Request to perform an Abatement for Unresolved Violations of City Code at 679 Eldridge Ave. Building Official Dave Englund briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the RCA and related attachments dated July 15, 2019. Mr. Englund noted that the tenant on the property would be resolving the violations before moving out, and asked to have until July 22 to complete the work. Councilmember Etten wondered what significance July 22nd had.
