Consider Approval of the Roseville Area High School Police Liaison Officer <br /> Agreement for the 2019-2020 School Year <br /> Chief Rick Mathwig summarized the request as detailed in the RCA of this date; <br /> and noted a bench handout incorporated into the RCA providing an extract of City <br /> Council meeting minutes of July 15, 2019. <br /> Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, with no one coming for- <br /> ward. <br /> Laliberte moved, Groff seconded, approval to accept the 2019-2020 Roseville Ar- <br /> ea School Police Liaison Officer Agreement as set forth by School District 623 <br /> and authorizing the signing of the Agreement by the Mayor and City Manager. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> c. Consider a Request to perform an Abatement for Unresolved Violations of <br /> City Code at 679 Eldridge Ave. <br /> Building Official Dave Englund briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the <br /> RCA and related attachments dated July 15, 2019. Mr. Englund noted that the <br /> tenant on the property would be resolving the violations before moving out, and <br /> asked to have until July 22 to complete the work. <br /> Councilmember Etten wondered what significance July 22nd had. <br />
