She <br />noted the other point to Youth C <br />together to be included with the packet to the teachers so the teachers know how to <br />teach the concept of it and would want to have at the August meeting as well. She <br />noted she could do a draft rubric based on what was done last year unless the <br />Commission wanted a couple of Commissioners do that and bring back to the August <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The Commission felt comfortable with Ms. Olson drafting the rubric. <br /> <br />Ms. Olson reread the amended question for the Commission. <br /> <br />social media in our communities and what role it plays among you and your friends. <br />How can Social Media be used to divide out community. How can Social Media be <br />us <br /> <br />The Commission thought it was a good start and can be revised at the August <br />meeting. <br /> <br />d. Engagement Project Next Steps Discussion <br />Chair Beltmann updated the Commission on the Engagement Project with the <br />Commission. She indicated Commissioner Macomber and herself were working on <br />the Best Practice document and Commissioners Djevi and Lee are working on the <br />contact list. <br /> <br />Commissioner Djevi updated the Commission on the contact list. He indicated he <br />checked around the community for names and did get some names, but he has not <br />reached out to the people yet to see if those individuals were ok with the City of <br />Roseville having their name and information on the website. He asked if he was <br />allowed to do that. <br /> <br />Ms. Olson indicated that could be done. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lee asked if the contacts will be on the website because she thought it <br />was just a collection of contacts. <br /> <br />Ms. Olson noted the Commission is only collecting information for a list however <br />with information that is collected, it is public. <br /> <br />Commissioner Lee explained the information she has received so far can also be <br />found on the internet, so it is public already and did not think permission was needed. <br /> <br /> <br />
