Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Groff moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Groff, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> Ms. Nicole Holliday <br /> Ms. Holliday resident of Minneapolis, with Justice for Ralph Bell, indicated she emailed <br /> Mayor Roe and City Manager Trudgeon on working with the City Manager on proclaim- <br /> ing a Ralph Bell Day and basing it around public safety. She asked if this could be put on <br /> the agenda and discussed. <br /> Mayor Roe indicated the Council does not necessarily pick the timing or subject of public <br /> safety educational events and it is usually a staff function. As he mentioned in his email, <br /> there are a number of opportunities or topics that are often talked about in the city. He <br /> thought this would fit in with that and might be able to be worked into the planning pro- <br /> cess of that. <br /> Ms. Holliday indicated she reached out to Do Good Roseville and with Justice for Ralph <br /> Bell the conversation is about cameras and having more of an eye on the city and what is <br /> happening in Roseville. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> a. Hispanic Heritage Month Proclamation <br /> Mayor Roe read the proclamation and proclaimed September 15, 2019 to October <br /> 15, 2019 Hispanic Heritage Month. <br />
