Planning Commission Interviews (2 Vacancies) The Council interviewed candidates for the Planning Commission from approxi- mately 6:07 p.m. to 6:12 p.m. Recess Mayor Roe recessed the meeting at approximately 6:12 p.m. due to disruptive audience members and reconvened at approximately 6:14 p.m. The Council continued interviewing candidates for the Planning Commission from approximately 6:14 p.m. to 6:17 p.m. Recess Mayor Roe recessed the meeting at approximately 6:17 p.m. to wait for the next interview candi- date to arrive. The meeting reconvened at approximately 6:20 p.m. It was indicated the meeting would continue with the next agenda item. b. Adopt a Resolution Approving the Rosedale Center Seventh Addition Pre- liminary and Final Plat at 1815 Highway 36 West City Planner Thomas Paschke briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the Re- quest for Council Action and related attachments dated August 26, 2019. Councilmember Groff asked if there is any information about how the stormwater is going to be handled. Mr. Paschke indicated there was not any further information because staff does not have any plans for the development and will not be reviewing it until a pro- posal comes forward. Mayor Roe offered an opportunity for public comment, no one appeared to speak. Councilmember Laliberte indicated the meeting was running ahead of schedule and asked staff if there was anyone anticipated to be at the meeting for this item. Mr. Paschke indicated there was not anyone anticipated speaking to this, just someone to answer possible questions from the Council.
