Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Etten, Willmus, Laliberte, Groff and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Patrick Trudgeon requested removal of Item 9F (Approve Easement <br /> Agreement at 2720 Fairview Avenue). There needs to be two separate agreements. It <br /> was combined as one agreement and will be brought back for Consent Agenda approval <br /> on October 7, 2019. <br /> Councilmember Willmus requested addition of Item 71 (Update on Reuter Walton Devel- <br /> opment Process to Date). He noted this will give staff the opportunity to give the Council <br /> and public an update on events related to Reuter Walton that have transpired over the last <br /> week. <br /> Willmus moved, Laliberte seconded, adding a new Item 71 (Update on Reuter Walton <br /> Development Process to Date) to Business Items. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Etten, Willmus, Laliberte, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Groff moved, Etten seconded the approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Etten, Willmus, Laliberte, Groff and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> Mr. Benjamin Sley, 2731 Mackubin Street <br /> Mr. Sley indicated he was at the meeting regarding an incident that occurred a week ago <br /> Sunday morning at about 9:30 a.m. and less than a mile from city hall. He noted his son <br /> is a jogger and was traveling west bound at the Victoria intersection which is clearly <br /> marked with a crosswalk sign. A woman hit him going 40 miles an hour, never tapped <br /> on her brakes, and his son went sailing over the car. His son has suffered traumatic brain <br />
