4. The proposed use will not create an excessive burden on parks, streets, and other public <br /> facilities. The proposed microbrewery will not create an excessive burden on parks, streets, or <br /> other public facilities because its impacts are expected to be comparable to the former restaurant <br /> in this location, or many of the other uses permitted in the CB zoning district. <br /> 5. The proposed use will not be injurious to the surrounding neighborhood, will not negatively <br /> impact traffic or property values, and will not otherwise harm the public health, safety, and <br /> general welfare. Consistent with the preceding findings, the proposed microbrewery will be a <br /> valuable addition to the surrounding commercial area, will not create adverse traffic impacts, <br /> will positively affect surrounding property values, and will not cause harm to the public health, <br /> safety, and general welfare, especially when compared to other uses permitted at the property. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br /> proposed microbrewery as a conditional use at 2704 E Snelling Drive,based on the public record and <br /> City Council deliberation. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten,and upon a vote being <br /> taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Willmus,Groff, Etten, Laliberte,and Roe. <br /> and the following voted against the same: None <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
