Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: November 26, 2019 <br />Item Description: Metropolitan Council Presentation <br />Item No: 7 <br />Background: <br />Newly appointed (March 2019) Metropolitan Council Member Peter Lindstrom will join us to <br />update us on current Metropolitan Council activities and priorities. Council Member Lindstrom <br />represents the Council's 10"' District which includes Blaine, Circle Pines, Lexington, Arden <br />Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, <br />Shoreview, and Spring Lake Park. <br />Council Member Lindstrom will also have a staff representative from Metro Transit join him. <br />Adam Harrington will join us and provide atransit planning overview as well as an update on <br />Roseville transit service. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Receive presentations from the Metropolitan Council. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
