Introduction / Call Roll /Swearing in of New Members <br />Vice Chair Cihacek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and <br />Public Works Director Mark Culver called the roll. <br />Swearing in of New Member <br />Vice Chair Cihacek administered the Oath of Office to newly -appointed PWETC <br />member Thomas Trainor and, along with his colleagues, welcomed <br />Commissioner Trainer to the PWETC. <br />As way of introduction, each commissioner provided a brief biography and their <br />levels of interest through serving on the PWETC. <br />Present: Vice Chair Brian Cihacek; and Members John Heimerl, Kody <br />Thurnau, Sarah Brodt Lenz, Joe Wozniak, Thomas Trainor, and <br />Duane Seigler <br />Staff Present: Assistant Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer and <br />City Engineer Luke Sandstrom <br />2. Election of Officers <br />Chair <br />Member Lenz moved nomination of, and Member Wozniak seconded, <br />appointment of Member Cihacek to serve as Chair of the PWETC for the term of <br />one year. <br />Member Cihacek accepted the appointment. <br />Ayes: 7 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Vice Chair <br />Page 1 of 17 <br />
