The total budget for this RFP shall not exceed $1,600,000. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT 2.3 DELIVERABLE The vendor/s is expected to deliver fully operational “turnkey” improvements per standards and schedule as outlined above and in the project documents. The contractor will also provide the following upon completion of the project 1. An inventory of all trees impacted as part of this program 2. Warranty and contact information for all trees 3. Training of City staff on any projected future needs for any part of this program. Project Schedule Once the contractor has been selected, the actual proposal and implementation schedule will be solidified. Contractor shall provide a detailed work plan that addresses all major tasks, risks and milestones to be accomplished throughout the process Task Timeframe It is expected that upon a contract award the Contractor will begin work immediately in a manner that is consistent with the final work plan developed in cooperation with and approved by the City of Roseville. The final work plan will include detailed methods and milestones, incorporate expectations described in the RFP, potential risk mitigation methods, and the scope of work. VALUE ADDED COMPONENTS: If you feel that this RFP has not identified a critical component to the Master Plan process and you feel that your firm could add value to this study with additional scope, please identify that component and the additional cost to provide that change of scope.
