Activities that more directly engage those neighbors and park stakeholders through <br />educational, safe, and inclusive involvement can be augmented, as necessary, by the <br />City's Parks and Recreation Department. <br /> The total budget for this RFP shall not exceed $1,600,000. <br />SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT <br />2.3 DELIVERABLE <br />The vendor/s is expected to deliver fully operational “turnkey” improvements per standards <br />and schedule as outlined above and in the project documents. The contractor will also provide <br />the following upon completion of the project <br /> <br />1. An inventory of all trees impacted as part of this program <br />2. Warranty and contact information for all trees <br />3. Training of City staff on any projected future needs for any part of this program. <br />Project Schedule <br />Once the contractor has been selected, the actual proposal and implementation schedule will be <br />solidified. Contractor shall provide a detailed work plan that addresses all major tasks, risks and <br />milestones to be accomplished throughout the process <br />Task Timeframe <br />It is expected that upon a contract award the Contractor will begin work immediately in a manner <br />that is consistent with the final work plan developed in cooperation with and approved by the City <br />of Roseville. The final work plan will include detailed methods and milestones, incorporate <br />expectations described in the RFP, potential risk mitigation methods, and the scope of work. All <br />work must be completed no later the ???? Schedule must be coordinated with attached schedule of <br />existing Parks and Recreation activities. <br /> <br />It is in the best interest of the City of Roseville to complete the work of this RFP in the most <br />expeditious manner possible that allows the improvements to be completed for the greatest benefit <br />to the Community <br />FEES <br />Please submit the fee for your service on this study. The quoted fee should be a maximum fee, <br />or not to exceed fee, for the service provided. <br />VALUE ADDED COMPONENTS: If you feel that this RFP has not identified a critical <br />component to the Master Plan process and you feel that your firm could add value to this study <br />with additional scope, please identify that component and the additional cost to provide that <br />change of scope. <br />SUBMISSION TIMEFRAME AND PROCESS <br />A.
