Please be prepared to <br />approve/amend. <br />Requested Commission Action: Approve/amend meeting minutes of December 3, 2019. <br /> <br />4. Recreation Review –Youth Program Focus <br />As possible, throughout the year and seasons, various staff members attend your meeting <br />to discuss what is going on in their particular area and gather your thoughts and feedback. <br /> <br />This month, Gina Robinette, Recreation Supervisor (youth program focus) will be at the <br />meeting to provide you an overview of her area. <br />Requested Commission Action: Review, update, provide feedback. <br /> <br />5. Forestry Task Force Discussion <br />Based upon City Council support, Brian Cihacek, Chair of the Public Works, Environment <br />and Transportation Commission asked for two Parks and Recreation Commission <br />members to serve on an ad hoc Forestry Task Force. You identified Commissioner Hoag <br />and Dahlstrom. <br /> <br />As suggested by Cihacek, the purpose of the task force is to better understand forestry <br />policy, identify gaps and present solutions. He is suggesting three meetings in 2020 with <br />the first one coming up soon. <br /> <br />This item will be of future agendas to provide you with an update and for you to give regular <br />feedback and guidance for Commissioners Hoag and Dahlstrom. <br /> <br />Please plan to provide input. <br />Requested Commission Action: Discussion andprovide input. <br />6.
