Adopt Resolution Approving Entering into MnDOT Traffic Control Signal <br /> Agreement No. 10365383 <br /> Mayor Roe clarified that not waiving the statutory limits means that the city is limiting its <br /> liability, which is a good thing for the taxpayers. Also, the Firefighters Relief Associa- <br /> tion Resolution has a provision that the city would not be doing the increases if it is be- <br /> low seventy percent funded and it is currently 110 to 120 percent funded. The agreement <br /> with AE2S is for design and construction management, not design and construction. <br /> 10. Future Agenda Review, Communications, Reports, and Announcements — Council <br /> and City Manager <br /> Mr. Trudgeon reviewed the January 6, 2020 Council meeting, January 13, 2020 Council <br /> Worksession and EDA meeting agendas with the Council. <br /> 11.
