Attachment A <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />FOR SPECIALTY PAY <br />IN RE: MASTER LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND LAW ENFORCMENT LABOR <br />SERVICES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, the City and LELS are parties to a labor agreement governing an <br />WHEREAS, the agreement is effective as of January 1, 2019, through December <br />31, 2021; and, <br />WHEREAS, the parties wish to memorialize in writing their mutual understanding <br />and consent to an additional term and condition of their agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the above recitals and intending to be bound by <br />the below terms and conditions, the parties enter into the following Memorandum <br />of Understanding: <br />1.Appendix A, Section 2. Specialty Pay, shall be amended to include the <br />following additional job position: <br />Community Service Officer Liaison <br />2.The duties and responsibilities of the Community Service Officer Liaison <br />are set forth in the formal Job Description attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />3.The amendments contained in the Memorandum of Understanding will be <br />effective as of the last date of signature of the parties below. <br />4.The amendments contained in this Memorandum of Understanding will <br />expire as of 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2021, after which such <br />amendments shall neither contractually bind the parties nor be incorporated <br />obligation between the parties thereafter except by mutual written consent. <br />5.This Memorandum may be terminated at any time prior to 11:59 p.m. on <br />December 31, 2021, upon mutual written consent of both parties. <br />6.Nothing in this Memorandum of Understanding is intended, nor shall be <br />construed,to <br />Agreement. <br />Њ <br /> <br />
