ATTACHMENT C 1 Attachment C CHAPTER 906 BUILDING MAINTENANCE AND PRESERVATION CODE 2 3 4 5 SECTION: 6 7 906.01:Adoption 8 906.02 : Conflicts and Interpretation 9 906.03: Administration 10 906.04 : Definitions 11 906.05 : General Requirements 12 906.06 : Light, Ventilation and Occupancy Limitations 13 906.07: Plumbing Facilities and Fixture Requirements 14 906.08: Mechanical and Electrical Requirements 15 906.09: Fire Safety Requirements 16 906.10: Referenced Standards 17 906.01: ADOPTION 18 There is hereby adopted by reference, the code referred to as the International Property 19 Maintenance Code, 200318 edition, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., (ICC) 20 for the establishment of minimum acceptable standards for the maintenance of existing 21 buildings, structures, premises and facilities to protect health, safety and general welfare. Each 22 and all of the standards, regulations and requirements, save and except such portions as are 23 hereinafter deleted, amended or modified., as set about and specified in the International 24 Property Maintenance Code, 200318edition, are hereby adopted, referred to, incorporated and 25 made a part hereof as if fully set out at length herein. 26 Not less than one copy of the said copyrighted International Property Maintenance Code, 27 200318edition, shall be on file in the offices of the City Manager Community Development 28 Department and open for public inspection at all times during normal business hours. 29 Not less than one City of Roseville revised and codified version (as authorized by the ICC) of the 30 said copyrighted International Property Maintenance Code, 200318 edition, shall be on file in the 31 offices of the City Manager and in theCommunity Development Department and open for public 32 inspection at all timesduring normal business hours. 33 906.02: CONFLICTS AND INTERPRETATIONS 34 In the event any provision of this articlechapter and any provision of the International Property 35 Maintenance Code, 200318 edition, conflicts with or is inconsistent in any manner with any 36 section of the Roseville City Code or other codes adopted by reference therein, or parts thereof, 37 the provisions of this article chapter and the International Property Maintenance Code, 200318 38 edition, shall supersede and take precedence over such portion or portions in conflict or 39 inconsistent therewith. 1
