From:Mary
To:Dan Roe
Cc:Thomas Paschke; Jason Etten; Lonnie Brokke; Lisa Laliberte; Wayne Groff; rwillmus@msn.com; Janice Gundlach
Subject:Comprehensive Land Use and rezoning
Date:Tuesday, April 14, 2020 2:30:56 PM
Caution: This email originated outside our organization; please use caution.
Hello,
We are writing to you today to express our concerns about the potential building of 21 townhomes at 2395 County
Rd B.
As long time residents (40 years), and the owners of our 4th home in this city, we have always enjoyed the quality of
life Roseville has had to offer. Over the years, the parks, walking trails, nature center and arboretum have given our
family hours of relaxation and enjoyment.
Our current home is located near the above property and we are concerned about the potential noise and increased
traffic along County Rd B and the lack of a neighborhood park for the children and families in our neighborhood.
Please consider this a “once in a lifetime” opportunity to purchase this property as park land for future generations.
Consider it one more “jewel” that can be added to our park system.
Respectfully,
Roger and Mary Olson
