Ira Karon, Village Attorney and Frank <br />Leinen,Village Trea.were also present. <br /> <br />The Clerk read the minutes of' the previous regular .eeting of' Oct.16th and Special <br />.eetin¡ of Wed. Eve oct.24,and on motion by Mueller,seconded byWill1lU8,they were <br />approved as read. Roll Call Ayes -(5) Hayes- (0). <br /> <br />t <br /> <br />Mr. R.C.Nelson of Ho. Owwasso Blvd. was present and complained about )(arkhaa takin¡ <br />dirt for till out of' his own lot, saying 1t lett a hill 20 teet high alon¡ his prop- <br />erty l1ne. Kembrez JIOved,seconded by Vueller <br />that petition be accepted,and a public hearing be held on Tuesday,Dec.5 at 2.00 P.M. <br />Roll call Ayes-(5) Hayes -(0). <br /> <br />Mrs Solstad was present and 1n1luired about the status of their problem of running <br />water froa Aldine st when graded onto their property north of Ridgewoof Lane.There <br />was a lot of discussion by members of the council about the matter. <br />The Clerk was asked to have Mr.Anker of the Surveyor's Dept. appear at the next <br />meetin¡ to discuss with the council the water problem in the area in question. <br /> <br />HaƓaersten JIOved,seconded by Carlson that we authorize the Treasurer to reimburse <br />the General fund the 2,000.00 borrowed by the Liquor Fund to start the off sale <br />store. Roll call Ayes-(5) Nayes(O). <br /> <br />Mueller moved,seconded by willmus that the bids on Fire Station be rejected and <br />Suret.y bonds or checks be returned to the various bidders.
