November 12 at 8.00 P.M. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the avove date ntil' théd'ollowing members present,c~~~1 <br />Willmus,Membrez ¡and HliU!ll\ersten. Ted Schultz of the School Board and Ellett Williams <br />Supt. of District 3 Schools were also present. <br /> <br />The Meeting was called for the purpose of discussing water drainage problems in <br />Rosevilla as pertaining; ,to the area adjoining the new High School site. The Sé:þool <br />Boüd~wi.l1 haVe tó'put'·:tn a"dram pipe for their property and wanted to lmow if the <br />Village wanted to drain some of its water into the same ditch, so they could have their <br />engineers make the necessary plans for the grading of the property while it was undevel- <br />oped. <br />Membrez said he would cøntact the County Surveyor' ~ Dept. and the County ColIJIission- <br />er and present the plan to them along with Schultz ¡and Williams on Thur.JJ!.J¡ov.15 and <br />report back at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Ìri# <br /> <br />Mr. Clarence Kath appeared about some fill dirt he wanted for :iI lot on Roselawn Ave. <br />to be taken from Grotto and Co.Road "B". A lady had been hired to clem up the ~ace and he has .t .an <br />in mind to operate the place at 55.00 per week. He would be willing to work extra <br />hours to start 1Iith,until 'We sa1l how things worked out. There would be storage in the <br />basement for stock and a few partitions would be needed to separate rooas. <br />Will.us suggested getting some Oak platforas fro. Clarence R1:chter to set stock on. <br />
