Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />nd <br />2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 22 day of June, 2020, at 6:00 <br />3 p.m. <br />4 The following members were present: ; and and the following members were absent: <br />5 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 RESOLUTION No. <br />7 APPROVING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS <br />8 RELATED TO LOTS 5, 6, AND 7, BLOCK 1, CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK <br />9 WHEREAS, a petition from adjacent property owners has been filed with the City of Roseville <br />10 requesting the vacation of public drainage and utility easements over certain “Property” located <br />11 within the real property legally described as follows: <br />12 Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 1, Centre Pointe Business Park, except that part of said Lot 5 <br />13 lying northerly of a line described as follows: Commencing at the most northerly <br />14 northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, <br />15 assumed bearing, along a west line of said Lot 5, a distance of 46.92 feet to the <br />16 beginning of the line to be described; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds <br />17 East a distance of 265.37 feet to the northeasterly line of said Lot 5 and said line there <br />18 terminating. <br />19 WHEREAS, all drainage and utility easements are to be vacated within the Property: <br />20 WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice has been given as well as notice <br />21 having been mailed to all affected property owners according to Minnesota Statutes, a public <br />22 hearing was held on June 22, 2020, at which time all persons interested in said vacation were <br />23 given an opportunity to be heard; and <br />24 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that the vacation would be in the public <br />25 interest. <br /> <br />
