Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of nd 2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 22 day of June, 2020, at 6:00 3 p.m. 4 The following members were present: ; and and the following members were absent: 5 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 6 RESOLUTION No. 7 APPROVING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS 8 RELATED TO LOTS 5, 6, AND 7, BLOCK 1, CENTRE POINTE BUSINESS PARK 9 WHEREAS, a petition from adjacent property owners has been filed with the City of Roseville 10 requesting the vacation of public drainage and utility easements over certain “Property” located 11 within the real property legally described as follows: 12 Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 1, Centre Pointe Business Park, except that part of said Lot 5 13 lying northerly of a line described as follows: Commencing at the most northerly 14 northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 15 assumed bearing, along a west line of said Lot 5, a distance of 46.92 feet to the 16 beginning of the line to be described; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds 17 East a distance of 265.37 feet to the northeasterly line of said Lot 5 and said line there 18 terminating. 19 WHEREAS, all drainage and utility easements are to be vacated within the Property: 20 WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice has been given as well as notice 21 having been mailed to all affected property owners according to Minnesota Statutes, a public 22 hearing was held on June 22, 2020, at which time all persons interested in said vacation were 23 given an opportunity to be heard; and 24 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council has determined that the vacation would be in the public 25 interest.
