69 S UGGESTED C ITY C OUNCIL A CTION <br />70 Based on the information provided in the report, the Planning Division recommends the City <br />71 Council hold a public hearing, then adopt a Resolution approving the Minor Plat, consolidating the <br />72 three existing lotsat 1717, 1743, and 1755 County Road C into Lot1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Twin <br />rd <br />73 Lakes 3 Addition, and Outlot A, subject to the following conditions: <br />74 a. The vacation of the former right-of-way for Herschel Street; <br />75 b. The applicant enters into a Public Improvement Contract for the installation of a new traffic <br />76 control signal at Herschel St and County Road C, the installation of new turn lanes on County <br />77 Road C and replacement of sidewalk, trees and lighting along County Road C related to the new <br />78 turn lanes. <br />79 A LTERNATIVE A CTIONS <br />80 a. Pass a motion to table the item for future action. An action to table must be tied to the need for <br />81 clarity, analysis, and/or information necessary to make a recommendation on the request. <br />82 b.
