Attachment D EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the nd 2 City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22 day of June, 2020 3 at 6:00 p.m. 4 The following Members were present: 5 and _____ were absent. 6 Council Member _________ introduced the following resolution and moved its 7 adoption: 8 RESOLUTION NO. 9 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR PLAT OF RD 10 TWIN LAKES 3 ADDITION 11 WHEREAS, Launch Properties, has applied for approval of a Minor Plat for the lots 12 addressed as 1717, 1743, and 1755 County Road C; and 13 WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Division has determined the proposed Minor 14 Plat, a consolidation of three existing lots into two lots and an outlot, complies with all 15 criteria to be deemed a Minor Plat. The project will require a Public Improvement Contract 16 for the installation of a new traffic control signal at Herschel St and County Road C, the 17 installation of new turn lanes on County Road C and replacement of sidewalk, trees and 18 lighting along County Road C related to the new turn lanes. There are no public improvements 19 within the site as all streets and utilities will be private; and 20 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council, has determined that the proposed 21 consolidation of three lots into two lots and an outlot for the property addressed as 1717, 22 1743, and 1755 County Road C can be approved as a Minor Plat; and 23 WHEREAS, said Minor Plat consolidates the three lots into Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block rd 24 1, and Outlot A, Twin Lakes 3 Addition; 25 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of rd 26 Roseville, Minnesota, approves the Minor Plat of Twin Lakes Station 3 Addition, subject 27 to the following conditions: 28 a. The vacation of the former right-of-way for Herschel Street; 29 b. The applicant enters into a Public Improvement Contract for the installation of a new traffic 30 control signal at Herschel St and County Road C, the installation of new turn lanes on County 31 Road C and replacement of sidewalk, trees and lighting along County Road C related to the 32 new turn lanes. 33 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by 34 Council Member _______ and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in 35 favor: ________ and _____ voted against. 36 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
