86 R EQUESTED C OUNCIL A CTIONS <br />87 A.Adopt a resolution approving the proposed Lexington Woods finalplat, based on the content of <br />88 this RCA, the public record, and City Council deliberation, with the following conditions. <br />89 1. Pursuant to thecomments from Roseville’s Fire Department Chief, the applicant shall install a <br />90 fire hydrant at both ends of the proposed cul-de-sac street. <br />91 2. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works staff in Attachment Gof this RCA, the applicant shall: <br />92 a. Provide an 8-foot bitumous trail within the Lexington Avenue right-of-way along the length <br />93 of the plat and any land accepted for park dedication. <br />94 b. Dedicate the specified easments and additional public right-of-way. <br />95 c. Post signs along private street prohibiting on-street parking. <br />96 3. Pursuant to the memo from Parks and Recreation staff in Attachment D, the applicant shall: <br />97 a.Dedicate Outlot B, Lexington Woods and Lots 1 –3, Block 3, Roseville Heights as park land <br />98 in accordance with the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br />99 b. Provide prior to submitting the approved <br />100 plat to the Ramsey County Surveyor. <br />101 4. The applicant shall continue to communicate with the adjacent homeowners regarding their fence <br />102 needs and interests. <br />103 B.Pass a motion to approve the Public Improvement Contract. <br />104 Alternative Actions <br />105 A)Pass a motion to table the itemsfor future action. An action to table consideration of the <br />106 requestmust be based on the need for additional information or furtheranalysis to make a <br />107 decision on one or both requests.Tabling beyond July 17, 2020, may require extension of the 60- <br />108 day action deadline established in Minn. Stat. §462.358 subd. 3b to avoid statutory approval. <br />109 B)Adopt a resolution to deny the request.
