RCA Attachment D <br />The Parks and Recreation Staff concur with this recommendation. <br />Subsequent Environmental Document Review <br />Following the approval on May 18, 2020 of the preliminary plat with the Park Dedication <br />conditions, staff engaged American Engineering Testing Inc.(AET)to do an <br />environmental document reviewas to the usability ofparklandand to estimatepotential <br />costs. Their report is attached. <br />Should the city accept the land, the developer’s environmental consultants have also agreed <br />to provide a “reliance” letter for the appropriate documents. <br />Page 2 of 33 <br /> <br />
