Education & Outreach: Review and develop educational materials and conduct outreach and <br />Member will review existing education materials and develop new <br />education to public buildings, buildings owned and operated by nonprofit organizations, and/or <br />materials as needed that will be referenced on the City website, <br />200 hours, October— March <br />low income multi -unit housing property owners/managers for the voluntary benchmarking <br />mailings, and other forms of outreach to targeted populations in the <br />program. The member would help coordinate the <br />sustainability effort and create a regional approach for the county <br />and cities to work on together. The member would be the lead <br />representative to coordinate the sustainable efforts across Ramsey <br />County. <br />Public Buildings Retrofits <br />Assess and prioritize public buildings for improvements to lower <br />100 hours, January - August <br />greenhouse gas emissions. Improvements can be to install LED <br />lighting, upgrade to energy star equipment, etc. in 3-4 public <br />buildings <br />Community Air Quality Engagement <br />Develop educational campaigns for community members that <br />210 hours, January— August <br />reduce local sources of emissions (i.e. woodsmoke etc.) and/or <br />encouraging the adoption of behaviors that reduce emissions (i.e. <br />transit use, biking/walking, etc.). <br />Confirm current inventory of vehicles in the city fleet by make, model, year, department, and <br />Confirm current fleet vehicles to help determine priority vehicles for <br />40 hours, January - March <br />primary daily use. <br />fleet electrification.
