The site access along Fairview Avenue is anticipated to
have the highest percentage of project traffic (+/- 45%). Based on this percentage, the change in the
master plan results in a maximum increase of 15 trips during the PM peak hour and 10 trips during the
Saturday peak hour at any of the study intersections (less than 1 % increase at any intersection).
Based on the minimal increase in the site generated traffic resulting from the change in the Rosedale
Center Master Plan, no additional off -site improvements are needed to provide acceptable LOS through
the 2040 Horizon Year from what was included in the November 2019TIA.
