Attached is the Request for Council Action (RCA) and associated <br />materials for this item from the July 20, 2020 City Council meeting. Staff will run through the <br />presentation and update the Commission on the Master Plan project. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Review the enclosed material, receive presentation and provide input and feedback to staff on the <br />referenced projects. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
