All the intersections
are anticipated to operate at an acceptable level of service for the 2040 analysis year
with the recommendations above in place. It is recommended that the Fairview Avenue
and County Road B2 W corridors be retimed sometime before the horizon year to
improve the operations of the two corridors.
19.Cumulative Potential Effects
a. Describe the geographic scales and fimeframes of the project related environmental
effects that could combine with other environmental effects resulting in cumulative
potential effects.
Cumulative effects are defined as "the impact on the environment which results from the
incremental impact of the action when added to other past, present, and reasonable
foreseeable future actions regardless of what agency or persons undertakes such
actions." The geographic areas considered for cumulative effects are those areas
adjacent to the project site, and the timeframe considered includes projects that would
be constructed in the next five years
b. Describe any reasonably foreseeable future projects (for which a basis of expectation
has been laid) that may interact with environmental effects of the proposed project
within the geographic scales and fimeframes identified above.
No reasonably foreseeable future projects have been identified adjacent to the project
site.
c. Discuss the nature of the cumulative potential effects and summarize any other available
information relevant to determining whether there is potential for significant
environmental effects due to these cumulative effects.
Rosedale Center EAW 21 February 2020
