BliIDk 1170 Eldridge appeared B.bout a <br />witer problem they have in the rear of their yards saying there are dry wells that <br />are not functioning due to some dirt being piled in front of them making it impo ssible <br />for the water to run into them,so now it overflows onto the street and in their yards. <br />Mayor Connor Qnd Willmu8 are to see the Keller Corp about having the ditch opened up. <br /> <br />Membrez moved,seconded b;r Hammersten that the following resolution be adopted. <br /> <br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Village of Roseville elects <br />to come within the provisions of Minnesot¡¡ statutes Chapter <br />201 entitled' Registration of Voters' regarding the establis~ <br />hment cf a permanent voters registration system and adopts that <br />resolution by· action of the Council of the Village of Roseville <br />pursuant to section 201.03 of Chapter 201. <br />"The Vill;;.ge Clerk is hereby constituted the Commissioner <br />of Registration and is to receive additional compensation of <br />$300.00 per year for his services as Commissioner of Registration. <br />"The Commissioner is hereby authorized and empowered to purchase <br />the necessary supplies to 2dmiluster the system of voters <br />registration". <br /> <br />Roll Call Ayes-(S) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />Membrez moved, seconded by Carlson that all .future meetings of the Council starting <br />March 1 st be held at the building on Lexington and County Rc ad "e".
