B. Contractor Reporting Requirements <br />• Report monthly the number of carts tipped and the estimated <br />volume at each stop, along with any contamination issues that <br />have been found by drivers. <br />Report monthly on collection challenges related to access to carts <br />and/or trail accessibility <br />Create a final report with recommendations for rolling out <br />successful parks collection on trails at all Roseville parks. <br />C. Funding <br />The City agrees to pay Contractor $10,000 for this pilot. Payment will be <br />made on a monthly basis beginning in February 2017 and going through <br />November of 2017. Monthly payment during these ten (10) months will be <br />$1,000 billed as a line item on the regular monthly recycling collection and <br />processing invoice. <br />D. Timeline <br />• February 2017 — Coordinate meeting(s) with Parks & Rec. and <br />Public Works staff from the City. Have mutually agreed upon plan <br />signed off on from all parties by the end of February. <br />• March 2017 — Weather permitting, distribute the recycling carts <br />to the agreed upon park(s) with a recycling bin next to every trash <br />container, or as mutually agreed upon locations. Begin collection <br />from all containers included in the pilot on mutually agreed upon <br />schedule and route. <br />• March 2017 — October 31— Collect and process recycling from <br />parks on mutually agreed upon schedule and route. Create <br />monthly reports with number of carts tipped, estimated volumes, <br />and any reports of contamination problems. <br />• November 1— Weather permitting — collect carts from the parks <br />and store for winter season. Begin gathering data and making <br />recommendations. <br />• December 1— Submit a final report with recommendations for <br />rolling out successful parks collection on trails at all Roseville <br />parks. <br />2. Term. The tenn of this Agreement shall be from January 1, 2017, through December 31, <br />2021, the date of signature by the parties notwithstanding. Upon mutual written agreement, <br />two extensions, each for one year are available starting in 2022. <br />3. Compensation for Services. The City agrees to pay the Contractor pursuant to the relevant <br />portions of Attachment E-1 of the Contractor's proposal attached hereto as Exhibit B, <br />3 <br />
