No.1 - To rezone Lots 18 to 23 inclusive, Block 1,Roseville Terrace Plat 1 from Farm Residence to Business. No.2-To rezone Lots 8 to 12 inclusive,Block 1, Roseville Terrace plat 1 from Business to Class B Residential. No.3-To rfol-zone That part of the Northwest Quarter of Sec.3T29 R23 described as follows: Beginning at a point distant 817 feet north of the South line of said Northwest quarter and distant 1050 feet West of the East line thereof;thence running East parallel to said South line,390 feet to a point distant 660 feet West of said East line, thence North parallel to said East line.326 feet a Thence West parallel to said south line,250 feet: thence south,vest to the point of beginning. !<'rom a Farm Residence to a Business District.
