Roll call Ayes-(4) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />The Clerk reported that a request had been made over the phone to take care of thè" <br />bad condition of Asbury street adjoining Arden Hills.Inasmuch as no request has ever <br />been made by the JOrul Kenna Co to take over the roads,we could not go in and spend <br />funds on private property. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />An easement given by Herman Leuer and Urs Mary Andert for a road running west from <br />Da.le st. just north of County Road C and coming out onto C west of Dale st. was read. <br />Membrez moved, seconded by Ha.111V1ersten that it be referred to the Village engineer. <br />Roll call Ayes-(4) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />A letter from Carley was read in regard to our request to check Fernwood Ave from <br />Draper st south for drainage, It was referred back to him to make a map showing the <br />location of the trees on the east side of the road where it will be necessary to secure <br />an easement. <br /> <br />The profile and grade plan for Mildred Drive was presented for our consideration, <br />after viewing it,Hammersten moved, seconded by Membrez that it be referred to the <br />Village Engineer. <br /> <br />The profile for Dionne St prepared by the County was shown and a report by Carley <br />regarding drainage on the street was read. Membrez moved, seconded by Carlson that we <br />approve the plan on the grade and place the stakes for same. Roll call Ayes-(4) Nay O. <br /> <br />The grade plan for Tr¡¡nsi t Ave east of Dale St prepared by Carley was presented. <br />Hammersten moved, seconded by Carlson that the grade be approved and stakes placed. " <br />Roll call Ayes-(4) N~es-(O). <br /> <br />Bernard Suchy who plans on building on Transit Ave at the east end inquired what <br />had been decided on regarding the road. He was told that it had been approved and a <br />buil~ng perm t issued to him. <br /> <br />Membrez moved, seconded by Hammersten that Carley draw up a new easement for Transit <br />Ave west of RiceSt to the end of the Christensen property.Roll call Ayes(4) r~ayes(O)~ <br /> <br />Membrez moved, seconded by Carlson that the grade of 'Woodbridge St from So.Owasso <br />Blvd. to Maple Lane be approved, and Mr.Schmidt of 78 Hatch St. the developer of the <br />property be invited to the next meeting. Roll call Ayes-(l..) Nayes-(O). <br /> <br />Willmus reported that a breather pipe belonging to the Great Lakes Pipe Line had been <br />knocked out during the grading of the Long Lake road. Carlson moved, seconded by Willmus <br />that the Clerk write to them asking for the repair of said broken pipe, across the N.P. <br />Ry. right of way,and to re-set it according to the established grade. now being <br />constructed.
