Please be prepared to approve or <br />amend. <br />Requested Commission Action: Approve/amend meeting minutes of January 5, 2021. <br />Review of 2021 Draft Park Project Areas and Approach <br />As possible, throughout the year and seasons, various staff members attend your meeting <br />to discuss what is going on in their particular area and gather your thoughts and feedback. <br />Park Superintendent Jim Taylor will plan to be at your meeting to review a draft of the 2021 <br />Project Areas and Approach and to gather feedback. His presentation is included in your <br />packet and is consistent with the City Asset ManagementProgram. <br />Requested Commission Action: Discuss and provide advice and potential <br />recommendations on projects and approach. <br />Follow Up to Joint Meeting with the City Council <br />You had a joint meeting with the City Council on January 25, 2021 to provide an overview <br />of what you have been working on and to seek guidance on your upcoming work. This is an <br />opportunity to debrief on that meeting. <br />The draft joint meeting minutes were not available at the time of this writing but we will plan <br />to send them out to you prior to the meeting, if they are available.
