The Contractor must, at least once per quarter, or as agreed upon by the City and the Contractor, <br />conduct curbside Recycling "lid lift" cart checks. The objective of these cart checks shall be to <br />measure contamination by frequency, type of contaminant, and participation rates. The <br />Contractor shall audit the contents by visually inspecting the material of carts from at least 100 <br />households and leave education tags if any Non -Targeted Materials are found in the carts. A log <br />shall be kept of all resident addresses where education tags were left, and the addresses shall be <br />included in the annual report to the City. A summary report of the results of each cart check shall <br />be submitted to the City within one month of the cart check comp letio <br />An alternative to the above "lid lift" cart check procedure may be proposed by the Contractor to <br />measure frequency of carts with observable contaminants as collected. For example, on -board <br />cameras may be used to record an image or video of the contents of the cart as it is tipped into <br />the truck hopper. The Contractor shall submit a proposed alternative means of contaminant and <br />participation measurement for approval by the City. <br />2.5.2 Multi -Unit Dwellings A�L <br />Contractor shall empty all acceptable materials from inside the containers and a reasonable <br />amount of acceptable, overflow Recyclable materials that may be set adjacent to the containers. <br />The Contractor shall contact the multi -unit building owner that continued overflow Recyclables <br />will necessitate increased service levels (e.g., more containers, more frequent collections, and/or <br />larger containers). After emptying the containers, the Contractor shall return the containers to <br />their appropriate locations. <br />Multi -unit dwellinCe service once2ekunless fferent service frequency is <br />agreed to by the Cy owner, and the Contractor. he City does not regulate the day <br />of the week multi shall receive service. Contractor shall inform the City and each <br />dwelling owner ray and approximate time the dwelling is scheduled to receive <br />service. <br />2.5.3 f Municipal <br />Contractor will provide weekly recycling service at no additional charge to: <br />1. City Hall — 2660 Civic Center Drive. <br />2. Roseville Skating Center — 2661 Civic Center Drive. <br />3. Roseville Maintenance Facility — 1140 Woodhill Drive. <br />4. Roseville Fire Station — 2701 Lexington Avenue. <br />5. Cedarholm Community Building — 2395 Hamline Avenue. <br />6. Harriet Alexander Nature Center/Wildlife Rehabilitation Center — 2520 Dale Street. <br />7.
